I had poor trading experiences with VT Market. I was not able to see the difference between executed price and stop loss. I traded manually and by EA. This was not slippage because I traded manually as well as by EA. Why was my EA stop-loss executed at 127 pips?

I have already emailed customer service multiple times, but as of today, no reply to any of my emails. This is the worst customer service I've ever received.

VT Markets account number is 8225523. I made a withdrawal of 1854.51 on the 10th March 2022. To date, I have not received my hard-earned money. These guys are constantly trying to steal my money. Even their support staff isn't responding.
