After I completed an oxford course, the PS94 quality licensing scheme certificate had been paid. Invoice stated that I would have to pay PS104 additional. I tried several times to reach customer service, but was unsuccessful. I couldn't reach them because my number was blocked. I filed a complaint with my bank. !
