OctaFX's bonus policies were wrong and I have decided to leave. They also wiped out my copy trading account balance. I protest their unfair Ramadan bonus policies. OctaFX has lost thousands of customers due to their wrong policy, and will lose many more in the near future. Many of my friends and I are switching to XM because of their fair policies. Their sugar coated policies are something I strongly object to. All OctaFX customers should carefully read their policies before signing up for any OctaFX facility. If you don't, you could lose your hard-earned money and OctaFX won't listen to you. I strongly recommend that you do so.

Although the company was established in 2011, they do not yet have instant bank transfer in Germany, visa, mastercard, or instant bank transfer in Germany. Crypto is the only available deposit option. If they offer easier payment options, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There are only two things that could be improved: withdrawal and deposit time. Everything else is perfect. Metatrader is the best. Trades are quick and bonus is great.

This trading app is a joke. It gives incorrect charts and does not close with stop loss, take profit. It's quite absurd. I don’t know the liquidity provider they use. Sometimes the chart is so different. I tried to get my money back, but customer service kept saying that they had not received the request. I kept going back-and-forth with them.

It is quick to withdraw. You have an advantage over other traders by not paying withdrawal fees. Zero trade carry-over charges are a bonus. Keep it up
