One of Malaysia's most prestigious private universities! UCSI has been a great help to me as a foreign student. It helped me achieve my full potential in my career path. UCSI Visa Processing Unit, along with its amazing staff, have greatly helped me in my annual visa renewal process. I am grateful to Mrs. Zaliha who guided me through my visa renewal process.
I received my vaccines here.
I want to express my appreciation to Mr Syakur, visa processing unit, and Miss Rita. Since the expiration of my student visa and subsequent cancellation of my flight, I have been to vpu numerous times to submit documents to apply for a special pass. Miss Rita was always there to help me and to direct me to the right department for any further questions. She was able to give me all the information. Fluent in Mandarin and English, she made the whole process much easier. Mr Syakur, the person responsible for the immigration office's part, was able to keep track of my progress and visited the office three times in the same day to address my problem. The problem was finally solved. Without their help, it would be impossible for me to return home. Thanks a lot. This experience will be a lasting memory.
Please, guys. They are good at promoting their courses and the prestigious education system. They aren't capable of managing a course that you choose. These people are poor managers. It is a pain to select courses. Many lecturers don't have sufficient knowledge or understanding about the subjects they teach. I feel sorry for the new students who enter this university because someone told them it was the best university. They are not. It's all a pain. When you are about to finish your course, it is impossible to make a proper payment for fees. Incompetent lecturers, poor management of student rights in choosing their electives and courses, and so forth. They may remove the review, but I am sure I will. This university requires serious development and well-trained lecturers. Not the old lecturers that come to class and tell students to read journals and give exams. Good luck.
The guards at the main entry were not very professional. The white car stopped abruptly in the middle the road, without any indication. We are on a slope. Cars waited in a long line and were stuck for no reason. Only then did the PIC inform the barrier to allow them to use the back exit. Frankly speaking quite disappointed. I ask that you improve your handling of situations like these in the future.
