Open University Malaysia (OUM), one of Malaysia's leading universities, focuses mainly on ODL, Open, and Distance Learning. This means that you can learn from anywhere in the world.

Here is where I got my MBA. The MBA tutors aren't gentlemen. In one semester, I accidentally rated them incorrectly. They just gave me a marginal pass. Their final exams were very academic and based on master courses where there should be more application. I will therefore terminate my master.

Poor customer service -- unresponsive staff. OUM staff can take days to respond to your questions. The learning experience is poor. OUM is not the place to be for post-grad students. They are utterly disappointing in their quality education.
