This was my first User End Training on my new website. This company is definitely one I would recommend to others. The instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. The simple, straightforward language was appreciated by me. It was useful and helpful.

Terrible service, very unprofessional. Ann, the admin staff member, was rude and didn't listen to me. Ann, the admin staff, kept interrupting me and scolding and placing blame on my business when they are to blame. Each time we call the company about a problem on their website, they either tell us to do it ourselves or ignore our emails until they do. Why should I pay for a service when it will be done by me? They are slow and lazy, and won't give any explanations or direct answers. They claim they are unable to update the website as they do not have an intern. Why can't an intern do it? Everybody is out of the office, so you will have to wait several days before getting a response or even the smallest update. This service is not easy. Our website crashes frequently and customers are unable to purchase from it. A page takes five minutes to load.

Google is just too generous not to offer users the choice of ZERO stars, or negative scores. While the company's name might be "Just Simple", the customer experience is anything other than SIMPLE. Customer service is bad. Responses are slow and attitudes are bad. You cannot speak to technical personnel and their Finance department will chase you for "overdue invoicing", two weeks after the invoices have been paid. Avoid reaching the top.
