KL branch has received poor after sales service. Good service prior to signing package. The person in charge of the photographer/photographer doesn't stop after signing. They also don't follow up.

Excellent teacher. Very knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. If you are interested in more than technical stuff, and especially if your passion is art photography, this book is a good choice.
